Welch, Thanks for the advice, I'm definitely all about no injuries. I'll give both a try. I'd like to get were I can do multiple (10) reps of my body weight from the floor comfortably.

Nice work. I find that if I go much longer than 20 minutes on a WOD I start questioning if it will ever end. Good job sticking it out.

CFWU x 2 -dips,pushups

Front Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
135-145-165-185-195-215-225
All squats to 17 inch box.

Next time will make all 20 lbs. jumps, 135 to 255

Five Rds for time of:
1/4 mile run on treadmill: 7.0-7.5-8.0-8.0-8.1
12 back extensions: 12 x 5
20 decline situps: 20x2/14-6/12-4-4/10-3-3-2-2

Saturday morning Karate workout.

Afterwards, a hill sprint training workout with Pierini. 30 second 90-100% intensity sprints up a hill and 120 seconds walking down recovery for 8 sets. A 20 minute workout. Very intense and one that should be done with a partner to push you through the later rounds.
Thanks Pierini, would have been easy to walk away from this one.
Not trusting my heart rate monitor so no numbers today,will check it on some other workouts. Probable operater error!
Not sure if WOD for CF will get done today....

wow great job! sprints up a hill? i don't know how you guys do it.

that's awesome that you and pierini get to train together. i'd love to have a workout partner to help push me. eh i guess i have one, i just have to pay him. and he dosn't workout, he just gets paid to torture me. lol anyhow great job and i hope you enjoyed the lunch no-frills made you!

Two rounds for time of:
45 pullups: broken badly
55 pound Kettlebell swings, 21 reps: unbroken
75 pound Stiff legged deadlifts, 21 reps: unbroken
21 Knees to elbows: 6-5-4-3-3 x 2
21 Double unders:
9-2-10 / 11-10

Time: 29:57
Pullups killed me today(6:24/9:04 for the 45's). Happy with all the other exercises. With pullups dragging, pushed harder on the others.

5 runs at 1% on the treadmill at 6.6
.3-.35-.36-.4-.43 for 1.84 miles with 90 sec. recovery between each run to spot No-frills on push-presses, which she kicked butt on.
Nice easy runs to loosen legs up from yesterday.

ahhh i was wondering what one would sub for the rope climb. great workout. just added this with pull-ups as you did to my list of ones to try. great job as always!

Did each weight twice to work on form. On all lifts my second try was much better than my first. Got the 205 but it was ugly! Both 185's at the end were good and wish all lifts were like the last two 135's.

Made up my own wod.
1/4 mile run: all run at 1% on treadmill @ 8.0
20 knee to elbows-1:20 / 20
1/4 mile run
20 knee to elbows-1:57 /15-5
1/4 mile run
20 knee to elbows-2:59 / 9-6-4-1
1/4 mile run
20 knee to elbows-2:36 / 7-5-4-4
1/4 mile run
