Biked to gym

CFWU x 2 plus
Cleans: 45x3 / 95x3 / 115 / 135
Power cleans: 155 / 175
Benchpress: 135x3 / 185x3 / 225x3
Deadlifts: 225x3 / 315x3 / 365x3

5 rounds, with 1 min. rest between rounds:
Deadlift 365; 3 reps
Benchpress 225; 3 reps
Power clean 175; 3 reps

Went very well.
Did not time, but no rest other than the 1 min so went quick.
Got the workout from Tim - I liked it!

My squat cleans need a lot of work................

"Cindy" was my first date with a CrossFit lady. She broke my heart the first time, then I left her but couldn't resist her and came back, she did it again, and again. I haven't seen her in a while. I don't want to be hurt again. Maybe I should swallow my pride and be vulnerable. Maybe next time will be better.

You did good today. Hope to see you on Saturday. Comb your hair and shave. We are planning on taking some videos.

So I have been Crossfitting for a year now and very happy with it.
Below are my times for the year for Cindy and Helen.
As you can see I'm stuck on Cindy at 14 due to my pushups so I know I need
to improve big time on them.
Helen has progressed nicely and can improve as I up my run speed and continue to improve pullup endurance.

Cindy:12 rds / 12 + 5 / 14+5+4 / 14 rds / 14 + 5 / 14 rds on1-18-7

Helen:18:03 / 16:18 / 14:20 / 13:25 / 14:00 / 12:39 on 1-16-7

very nice improvments this year with Crossfit JDR! 6 min improvement on Helen in a year! that is freckin awesome!

Interesting about Cindy and the 14 rounds. I wonder if you did Mary once or did Cindy with a weighted vest or something, then next time went back to Cindy regular style if that would make a difference?

Pierini it seems like Cindy was you me and JDR's first encounter with a crossfit lady! She's one tough broad, lol.

Biked to gym

CFWU x 2 -pullups,dips

For time:
50 Box jump, 24 inch box-2:54
50 Jumping pull-ups-2:54
50 Kettlebell swings,35 lbs-2:41
Walking Lunge, 50 steps-2:33
50 Knees to elbows-8:46 (late time 6:06)
50 Push press, 45 pounds-2:57
50 Back extensions-4:08
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball-4:26
50 Burpees-12:35 (ugly,ugly,ugly)
50 Double unders-3:39

Time 47:33 (last time 45:20)
Knees to elbows just kicked my butt today
Burpees were so slow and ugly that I don't know if they were recognizable... They did have pushup from the knees and a hop at the end in them though!
