Testing day for me at Karate!

I still have many things to work on before then. And hopefully I will be ready to test again by Sept.

That is my goal for Karate this year.

Hey JDR, you've been working hard for a long time. A break and some concentration on your karate is a great idea.

Is that a real break though? Karate training is by no means easy. Best wishes on your test. I'll not wish you luck because luck has nothing to do with it, either one has put in the hard work or they have not.

It appears you have.

Relatively speaking, yes its a break, but I definitely get what you are saying.
I think the hard work will pay off.

Thanks Welch

I'm feeling good, two more workouts before Sat.

No-frills travel is winding down and should be getting back on schedule, thanks for asking!

Low-impact yoga is a great "downtime" exercise if you get antsy. I just bought a yoga power & flexibility DVD that I'm looking forward to working into my lighter training weks.

Thanks Klinger, may take a look into it.

Minime, to tell you the truth not yet. Been fighting alergies and a chest cold so I'm sure as soon as the cold passes I'll be ready to go.
