Thanks GG and Tim, nice to get a good week of workouts in.
4/28
8:45 - 10:00 : Karate workout
11:30 - 3:00 : Sons baseball game
4:00 - 5:00 : Gym
Biked to gym
CFWU x 2
OHS: 20x10 / 45x5 / 65x5 / 95x5
" Nancy"

Good workout, last run was tough.
Happy with OHS, my shoulders handled them pretty well. Made sure they
were good and warmed up before starting.
Finished with some situps and back extensions
Just checked last time doing Nancy - 17:58. So I'm happy with todays time!

YA! JDR is here! Great job on your workout. This seem to be super busy for you and No-Frills. sorry to hear about the infection and reaction to the meds. That's no fun.
The swing jumping pull-up combo must have gotten your HR right up there! :

Those are great times on the last 3 WODs you posted. Looks like some time off did you good.

Thanks Guys, the workouts have been so hard after a long layoff.
5/14
Biked to gym
CFWU
Complete as many rounds as you can in twenty minutes of:
135 pound barbell Thruster, 7 reps:sub 95 lb
Weighted pull-up, 50 lbs, 7 reps:sub 25 lb
9 rds: rds 8 and 9 used 15 lbs for pullups
Sub weights were good. Did 135 and 115 thrusters for warmup and decided on the 95 which was good.
Wanted a weight for the pullups I could do unbroken the first rd, warmed up with 50 and 35.
5 min break
Power Snatch 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
65-95-115-115-115-115-115

Thanks Minime, my PR running by myself outside is 26:16 and 25:06 in a race.
5/16
Biked to gym
CFWU x 2
HPC warmup
Press warmup
15-12-9 reps of:
155 pound Hang power cleans: sub 125
Handstand push-ups: sub 95 pound Press
Time 14:35
So I screwed up this wod by mixing one with another.(Either that or I'm just scared of muscle-up sub!)
I'm trying to makeup the ones I missed lately and did part of 5-10 with 5-14.
Will go back and do 5-10 which is Power Cleans-5rds.
HPC kicked my butt.
