cool, yeah I'm liking the new stuff. I wish they didn't take down the old stuff though. I still wanted to get the "mess you up" t-shirt.
Have fun on your date with No-Frills tonight! What are you to up to? You both deserve a night of romance as you both have been so busy with the kids and baseball. Enjoy!

Hey Gymgirl, ordered T's today. No-frill and I went out to dinner(Italian) with 2 other couples and then went and saw the Broadway musical Dirty Rotten Scoundrels! It was very funny, we had a great time!
5/20
Biked to gym
CFWU
50-40-30-20- and 10 rep rounds of:
Double unders: sub 20" box jumps
Glute-ham sit-ups
Back extensions
Time 29:57
Good workout, lower back is very tired!
Was going to do back squats and push presses to catch up but lower back had nothing left!
Finished with some pullups with a nice hanging stretch in between reps.

5/21
Biked to gym
CFWU x 2
Back squat 5-5-5-5-5 reps
225 - 275 - 295 - 315 - 315
Push press 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps
45 - 65 - 95 - 115 - 135 - 155 f - 145
3 rounds for time of:
Walking lunge, 100 ft
50 Squats
25 Back extensions
Time 14:57
Happy with the squats
Push presses were tough, shoulders feel good but I have a ways to go to get them back to where they were strength wise.
After each rd of lunges, squats I felt like I was waddling over to do my back extensions. It felt funny and I'm sure it looked funny too!
Tomorrow is going to hurt!!
