That's funny. I'm going to borrow that line and add it to my inventory of clever utterances. Hope to see you this Saturday.

Thanks Gymgirl, but its not apples to apples. More like apples to lemons. lol

6/9
Morning Karate workout-been about 2 weeks since last workout.

Biked to gym at 2pm

"Angie" modified (was shooting for under 30 min)
For time:
100 Pull-ups: 5 x 20
100 Push-ups: 5 x 20
100 Sit-ups: 10 x 10
100 Squats: 25x10

Time 33:26
Last time did 10 rds of 10 (24:25)
This time did 20 rds - after 4 rds squats done - after 10 rds situps done.
Then last 10 rds were 5 pullups/5 pushups

Will do 10 rds of 10 again next time. Better break down for me.

I like doing it by rds, much easier on my elbows.

Biked to gym
CFWU x 2

"Diane"
21-15-9 reps of:
225 pound Deadlift: 1:15 - 1:22 - 46
Handstand push-ups: feet chest hi on bar: 2:16 - 2:16 - 1:07

Time 9:02 (PW)
HSPU killed the time. Also had to go to another room to do them
today so lost time going back and forth.

Then biked home and got the dog and did the:
5K Run

Time 31:00 (PW)
First half with the wind, second against. Last mile very slow.
I got my butt kicked!!!!

All in all a very rough CF day for me.
PW - personal worst

I was just about to ask what PW meant...
It's ok, everyone has an off day, AND you've been hitting it up pretty hard lately.

Thanks for adding PW to my fitness vocabulary. I may be setting some next week with the missed training of mine lately.

Thanks Ladies! Pierini, I doubt you will be using the PW tag!
So if I can't do anything fast I better be some what strong.
So I had my mine set on a PR for the WOD today

6/11
Biked to gym
CFWU x 2

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-3 reps: all down to 18" box
275 - 315 - 325(PR) - 325 - 315 - 315 - 275

2.5 min between sets. PR for 3 reps that low.
Second and third rep of second 325 was a battle.

Finished with some situps and back extensions.

That's a great big squat. We will have to start calling you "Oak" because of your tree-trunk legs.

great job JDR! I like the idea of subbing pushups actually, since I can't do dips.
