Thanks Minime and Gymgirl, Eliz went better than I thought it would!

Its my younger sons 14th birthday today so I took work off.

6/15
Biked to the gym
Some stretching and light warmup

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Double-unders: sub tuck jumps
15 Burpees
15 Box Jump
15 ft Rope climb, 1 ascent: sub 15 pullups

3 rds + 6 tuck jumps (4:49 - 6:49 - 7:42)
I didn't realize how crowded the gym is at 10 in the morning!
Anyway the place was packed the aerobic room was in full swing so
could not get to the jump ropes and the weight area was full. So
got my box and went out to back ally for the wod, just coming back
in for pullups.
When I first started I thought tuck jump would be a lot easier than
double unders but that changed quickly in the second rd! Did all the
burpees with good form and pushup. Pullups were done in sets of 5.
I was shooting for 4 rds. Burpees just kill me and my time!
I gave it a good effort so happy with the workout.

Son is having 10 friends over for swim party at noon so on with the fun!

Tuck jumps have me sucking air big time after just a couple of reps. They are in the same league as burpees. Good job today. You earned room to eat some birthday cake.

Nice work JDR! I missed that one this week, hopefully I will have time to make it up. Tuck Jumps suck! You did great, enjoy your son's 14th b-day party!

Question - is anyone else having problems posting? I'm having to edit to get my post to look right.

FANTASTIC work on the WOD. You killed my time. Whenn you were done I was going for another 10 min. That workout was really tough, you did great!

I've seen some comments about trouble with posting (I think it has to do with the site upgrades being done), and I believe the admins are aware, the kinks should be worked out soon. Sorry, I know it is annoying, but thanks for your patience!

p.s. I am not looking forward to the 10K today!

wow great work JDR! I wanted to do both of those wod's today, but hopefully tomorrow. You did great, I always forget how tough J.T is. Did you happen to watch either the Annie or Brenden videos today? Both were great.

Where do you think you lost the most time on the AMRAP WOD? the KTE? I bet you will be sore tomorrow!
