Thanks Gymgirl

Definitely the KTE!
The box jumps are easy, so your arms get no rest!

Both videos are great, I love when Annie looks at the camera and says how hard it is!

Does Brenden have springs or whaaaaaaaaat!

That was my favorite part. It's nice to see that Annie is human and sucks wind at times too. Brenden definitely has some springs, i couldn't believe he did so many box jumps at that height.

2.5 hours of baseball practice this morning
Biked to gym at 4 pm
CFWU x 2 -pullups
Thruster warmup - 45x5 - 75x5 - 95x3

Fran
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster: sub 65
Pull-ups :10-4-3-3 / 4-4-3-2-2 / 2-2-1-1-1-1-1

Time 7:35
Was definitely hurting from yesterday. During thruster warmup 95 was tough
and when I tried to go low at all I would lose the weight out front so backed
off the weight so I could do the thrusters right (should have gone 75 or 80).
Was not very enthusiastic about working out today but got it done!
Arms are dead.

Finished with
5 dead hang pullups x 2
15 situps x 2
