Biked to gym
CFWU x 2 -dips,pushups
For time:
50 Ring Dips:sub assisted dips
Run 400 meters
50 Push-ups
Run 400 meters
50 Handstand push-ups:sub Presses: 1-16 80 lbs / 17-25 70 lbs / 26-50 60 lbs
Run 400 meters
Time 18:20
Pushups kicked my butt, they were all honest.
Dropped Press weight as I went to keep things moving some what.

Karate workout

Fridays after work wod got bumped for movie and dinner with the family.
We went and saw Bourne Ultimatum. Very good movie.

Morning Karate workout
Noon CF - Fri. WOD
Biked to the park,about a mile.

10 Jumping Bar Muscle-ups-1:26

15 Jumping Bar Muscle-ups-2:07

20 Jumping Bar Muscle-ups-3:02
Time 16:18
All squats unbroken which I am very happy about. Set a pace and didn't stop.
JBMU's were all done in sets of 5
Smashed my toes up today so no 5k run. May add a bike ride this evening.

oh I really want to see the Borne Ultimatum!!! I like all those movies and well, Matt Damon is in it!

GG I'm a Matt Damon fan too but for different reasons, lol, all 3 Bourne movies
were very good.
Legs were sore from all those squats!

Last time subbed pushups for dips. Shoulders did fine on the dips
but will continue with the assist. Going to stay on the cautious side
for awhile.

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
Run 400 meters: 6.5 - 7.0 - 7.5 - 6.7 - 6.7 - 6.7
Max rep Pull-ups: 14 - 10 - 10 - 7 - 7 - 7
6 rds in 22:16
Last time got 6 rds in under 20 min.
2 less pullups this time. Bottom line, I suck at the running right now.
I think it mental at this time not physical, just not pushing hard enough.
5 min break, on the floor.
Shoulder press 1-1-1-1-1 reps: 65-85-105-135-135f
Push press 3-3-3-3-3 reps: 135-135-135-135-135
Push Jerk 5-5-5-5-5 reps: 115-115-115-115-115
Very fatigued after this. Maybe could have gone 5 or 10 heavier on the PP.
PJ was just right after the two others. Kept good form on all the PJ's, any
heavier and I think it could have got ugly!
Biked home and loaded the dog and bike in the truck and headed over to the
creek. Has a dirt trail for her to run.
Total 3.75 miles.

Thank EL, been doing the Crossfit thing for about a year and a half.
I personally like it a lot. I think the biggest benefits of it are endurance
and mental toughness along with functional strength.
