Great job. Did you record your set reps?

Forgot that Pierini

They went 6-6-6-6-6
Six was a good number for me, the last rep of each set was still good.

workouts are lookin great JDR! Did you do full squat cleans on Grace? I haven't decided which way I will do them yet. 6 sounds like a good number! I'll have to try your approach.

To be honest GG I don't have a full squat clean in me!lol
I would call them a little better than a power clean.
You know when you do cleans and the bar kind of floats up, you
know you did it right, well I had a lot more of those on Grace
than usual so was happy with that.

Biked to gym
Short warmup

50-40-30-20-10 rep rounds of:sub 10 rds of:
L Pull-ups: 15 reps bent knee pullups
Double unders: 15 reps
Glute Ham Sit-ups: 15 reps
Back Extensions: 15 reps

Time 62:52
Got all the reps in, and yes I know this way is easier. It still kicked my butt!
My reason for doing it this way is the pullups, I would probably still be there
on the 30 rep set if I hadn't! As it was, even with the 15 rep sets, there were a hole lot of singles! Looked forward to the back extension each rd.
