You did heavier thrusters, though. Good work!

30 Handstand push-ups:sub 85 lb Press: 10-5-5-5-5
Run 400 meters: 7.5
40 45 lb thrusters: 20-20

20 45 lb thrusters: 20
10 85 lb Press: 7-3
Run 400 meters: 7.5

Time 25:50
Good One!
So I screwed up the last rd reps. I didn't write it down and take it with me, it should have been 30 thrusters and 15 Presses. I think that is only the second time I've done that.

Biked to gym
CFWU x 2

Back Squat 3-3-3-3-3-3-5 reps
135-185-225-275-315-315-225

To be honest none of these felt great. First set 315 was ugly, second set was good.
So stopped there and did one quality set of 5 at 225.
And tomorrows wod looks brutal!

Here's my belated well wishes and congratulations for no-frills and your 20th wedding anniversary. That is an achievement in today's disposable society where marriage is oftentimes viewed as something that can be trashed if not to one's liking. I believe marriage is a sacrament meant for a lifetime.

With God's grace, my wife and I will celebrate our 30th wedding anniversary in February. And I've got the battle scars to prove it.

Missed you today since I didn't make it to the dojo this morning. I hope to see you next Saturday. Have a great weekend!
