nice job JDR! I am in awe of anybody who completed that WOD as rx'd.. I had to cut to 3 rounds and lighter weight and it still killed me! I agree : the combination of SDHP and Thruster makes this WOD one of the toughest ever.

Also good job on Lynne!

NASTY! One of the toughest wods in my opinion.
Last round was very difficult.
oy! way to go JDR! this worked KILLED me. I hear ya, definitely one of the toughest WOD's ever. you are awesome for doing it as rx'd too, you bad ass!

Russ did:
"Lynne" - BWT 174
Five rounds for max reps of:
Body weight bench press: sub 135 / 2 - 1 - 2 - 2 - 2
Pull-ups: 7 - 8 - 8 - 5 - 6

Russ is still learning to control the bar(brings it down to high on his chest), once he gets the motion down the weight should go up. His single max. is 150.
Pullups were done with me assisting him at the waist.

Push Jerk 3-3-3-3-3 reps
45 - 65 - 95 - 95 - 95

nice work on that double WOD jdr! 10 minute fran sounds great to me, i would love it! did you make up that second one? 4 rounds seems like an unusual number..

3 mile trail ride with the dog

75 lbs deadlift high pulls; 12 reps
105 lbs Presses; 12 reps

Time 19:32 - changing weight and presses took the time, hi pulls went well.

Was going to do the hi pull/benchpress wod but could not get
near the benchpress today. Gym only open till noon today so
very crowded.
