Evening Karate workout
1/11
CFWU x 2
"Diane"
21-15-9 reps of:
225 pound Deadlift: sub 245
Handstand push-ups: sub 115 lb Presses
Time 14:10
Time was slow but weight on both was up. Usually 225/95
DL were alright, presses started to fail half way through 15
so had to take longer recovery time. Will use this weight from
now on and improve the time.

JDR, I HAD to tell you I just witness OPT do a sub 6 min helen. SERIOUSLY. 6:58 i believe was his time. It was such a shock to see someone like him break down, he struggled with the last set of pull-ups. INSANE.
5 rounds for time of run and HPC's? Are you crazy? great job though! nice work on diane too!

Your modified "50" looks worse than the regular one! The only light at the end of the tunnel in that workout is that, once you finish an exercise, you don't have to do it again. Rounds would make it suck all the more.
