Thanks Mm! Right after the first round, I thought this isn't to bad, just keep this pace.
Well that went out the door on rd 3, it took as long as the first two! Very light headed after the last DL's.

Hi j2bryson, for me I like the Presses for the sub. I find when I use - feet up on a bar at head hieght - as a sub I will cheat and use my legs when my arms give out. With presses I don't cheat. Shoulders are my weakest muscles, and I find presses very challenging.

Minime, Yep that was my take, felt like mixing in the running! My stomach is still sore
from the bent knee pullups.

2 Muscle-ups - sub 3 pullups/3dips = 1MU
4 Handstand Push-ups - sub Presses: rd 1 - 135 / 2 thru 7 -115 / 8 - 95
8 2-Pood Kettlebell swings- 70 pound db

Completed 8 rds + 3 pllups/3 dips
My hats off to kb7(13 rds) and j2b(14rds). Great job by both of you!

Thanks jdr, although I only did 3 pull-ups + 3 dips = 2 MU
I think next time I'll do presses instead of the variation on the HSPU
