j2b - I usually rest 2 min between rds on Lynne, so I thought I would try it with the run.
To be honest it was a little harder but not much. Maybe cost me 2 rep on bp and 5 on
the pullups.

Karate workout

Rest day

2/25
3 mile trail bike ride with the dog
then over to gym.

CFWU x 2
HPC wu

Three rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
10 HPC; 145 pounds

Time 20:40
Have only been doing 400 meter run of late. So this was my way of checking
how Eva will go.
I will take my shot at Eva on wed. Will use 55 for swings and modify the pullups.
My elbows will be shot if I do the pulls as rx'd. The swings will be tough but I think
the 800's are going to hurt the most for me if tonight was any indication!

Sons baseball game-no time for Karate or workout today

2/27
Biked to gym
cfwu
swings wu

"Eva"
Five rounds for time of:
Run 800 meters
2 pood Kettlebell swing, 30 reps; sub 55 pound db
30 Pull-ups; sub 20-15-15-15-15

Time 51:50
OMG!
I put this in the Top Four of my "Kicking my own Ass" workouts!
Last two 800's just about killed me. They were more like: run-walk-jog-run.
Swings were tough but as expected.
Pullups- First rd was a test see what I thought would be a good rep count for me
and settled on 15. Elbows feel good so happy with that. Could have done jumping
pullups but the runs were tough enough without the added leg work.

On the floor after just thinking how happy I was to be done!
The bike ride home, although short, was very tough..............

nice work JDR! I did 1/3 jumping pullups because of grip, doing KB swings before pullups really messes with your grip!

You did great!
