you did GREAT on eva! god she is evil, i agree one of the top 5 if not top 3 worst crossfit WOD's! i have to say i thought for sure when eva got her own workout it would include snatches.

PJ's could definitely be heavier but to be honest my wrist were on fire so I
wimped out on them tonight...........

Older son did:

95 pound Sumo-deadlift high-pull, 10 reps
10 Ring dips: sub reg dips

Time 13:28
Sumo's went well, dips as usual took all the time.
As a side note I am getting full range on the dips with no pain!

Kenny did:
7 rounds for time of:

10 Ring dips: sub assisted dips

Gg very nice call on the Sumo's! I didn't like them but I did get them all unbroken.
Compared to the dip and I can't believe I'm saying this but the sumo's were a piece
of cake. lol!
No-frills is doing well and still working out. She said Hi back! I keep her up to date on
you and Mm.

nice work JDR! tell no frills I say hi too, she should check back in and say hi!

how does your angie time compare to the modified (10x10) version? I wondered the last time how much I could knock off if only I were allowed to partition the reps into sets.

Mm, on Angie for me there is about 15 min differents. The time saving is on the pullups
and pushups.

Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 Knees to elbows
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 Wall ball shots, 20 pound ball: sub 45 lb thrusters
50 Burpees
50 Double unders: sub 200 single rope jumps

Time 42:40
Right knee is tender so subbed the singles for less pounding.
Hi-lite of wod - 35 lb swings unbroken.

Kenny did same as above but also subbed straight leg-leg lifts for knees to elbows.
Time 42:40 - we finished 2 jumps apart.
