Good to hear from you P!
Hope to see you Sat.

3/28
Short warm up

"Barbara"
Five rounds, each for time of:
20 Pull-ups
30 Push-ups
40 Sit-ups
50 Squats
Rest precisely three minutes between each round.

Rd 1 - 6:48
Rd 2 - 7:32 (pretty sure I did 50 situps this rd)
Rd 3 - 7:42
Rd 4 - 8:39
Rd 5 - 9:25

And hear are my times from the last time I did Barbara

Rd 1: 6:20
Rd 2: 8:06
Rd 3: 10:06
Rd 4: 10:43
Rd 5: 9:59

So after seeing this I'm happy with my effort today.
Pushups were definitely better today.
