First time in awhile I felt like puking when I was done.

wow, 2 PRs nice work JDR!!

that is a great Fran time, I find it strange when people have more trouble with pullups than thrusters! Now that I have learned to kip, pullups are no longer my limiting factor. The thrusters kill me though!

Mm, if I could get my pullups going my time would seriously drop!

Took my time on presses. But had hurry to complete push/presses, very short rest
between sets. On a time limit tonight.

135 pound Thruster, 15 seconds:sub 5 reps = seconds per round: 20-24-25-25-24
Rest 45 Seconds
50 pound Weighted pull-up, 15 seconds:sub 45 lbs. = reps/seconds per round: 5/18 - 5/16 - 4/15 - 3/16 - 4/15
Rest 45 Seconds
Burpees, 15 seconds:sub 5 reps = seconds per round: 22-23-24-21-22
Rest 45 seconds

This made it easier for me to keep track while doing it by myself.
135 thrusters for reps is a big PR for me! And were all done down to an 18" bench.
