Good job on those hang power cleans.

In your failure analysis of the #195, was the major factor the same in all 3 attempts? And what would you concentrate on the next time you attempt #195.

How do you like singles progression workouts like this one. I like singles progression workouts.

Pierini, I like these type of workouts.
Failure came, I think, because I was not aggressive enough out of the hole and was
not able to get off the ground so I could get under the bar.
Looking back on it and watching some video, next time I'll concentrate on getting off the ground and hopefully the rest will take care of it self.

Congrats on the PR. Were your rounds all close in time?

Sorry I missed you at the dojo today. My shoulders and knees are feeling pretty old right now.

Have a great weekend!

175 thrusters?! great job! JDR you are a PR machine! i saw your quarter gone bad score posted on CF blog and i was so proud of you! You had one of the highest scores! your workout are looking great! how are your shoulders? and i totally hear ya on the HPS, they are so tough i would much rather do a full power snatch from the ground. great job keep up the great work!
