Morning Karate workout

Biked to the gym at 1pm
cfwu x 2 -pullups

"Fran"
Three rounds, 21-15- and 9 reps, for time of:
95 pound Thruster: unbroken to 18" box
Pull-ups: 12-4-1x5 / 4-1x11 / 3-1x6

Time 6:42
Missed a PR by 3 seconds.....
Tried the pullups a little different, instead of resting longer to get multiple reps went
right to singles. Not sure if it helped or hurt but pullups will have to get better for
my time to go lower.

OUCH!!!

There is definitely a strategy in a no-drop environment, trying to get it to drop on the back of your shoulders while you bend at the knees, but this is a reminder that we always can't control our situation.

Be safe!

where did that workout come from? it looks very odd!
