Oh god, not another person with a sleepless problem. Please say it's from overtime, or dang kids.
I checked out a jujitsu place close up the freeway. I might do a ten lesson trial thing since it's summer . . . need a little something fun to kick off these last few pounds. I'll let you know.

Abs are still hurting from the other day, so thought I would stretch them out again.

ooh ok sorry didn't see that.
however that is still an amazing time, you must have been flying through those thrusters!! I only used 65# and the thrusters took forever.

No problem Mm! You did inspired me with your full squat cleans so today I worked
on them. I thought I did pretty good on them so will try to do them in the wods
instead of my usual power cleans.(may have to scale the weight though)
