Oh god, not another person with a sleepless problem. Please say it's from overtime, or dang kids.

I checked out a jujitsu place close up the freeway. I might do a ten lesson trial thing since it's summer . . . need a little something fun to kick off these last few pounds. I'll let you know.

3 rounds of:
400 meter run
225 back squat; 10 reps
55 lb db swing; 10 reps
GHD situps; 10 reps
Back extensions; 10 reps
KTE; 10 reps
110 lb shoulder press; 10 reps
Pullups; 10 reps

Time 32:10
Abs are still hurting from the other day, so thought I would stretch them out again.

No-frills and I are doing fine. Oldest graduated from high school so we have
been busy with all those activities!
I'm a little behind on the wod's but I promise I'm not avoiding any of them! Maybe
a little scared but not avoiding..........lol!

nice work on the double-up WOD jdr, those were both very tough.

ooh ok sorry didn't see that.

however that is still an amazing time, you must have been flying through those thrusters!! I only used 65# and the thrusters took forever.

No problem Mm! You did inspired me with your full squat cleans so today I worked
on them. I thought I did pretty good on them so will try to do them in the wods
instead of my usual power cleans.(may have to scale the weight though)
