Morning Karate workout

Afternoon over to gym
cfwu
Cleans and shoulder press wu

Five rounds for time of:
135 pound Squat clean, 7 reps:sub 115 pounds
15 Handstand push-ups:sub 115 pound shoulder press

Time 29:03 - 4:05 / 5:23 / 6:08 / 6:51 / 6:36
Squat clean went ok, all singles. So did one, reset then another and so on.
Chose the right weight for the squat cleans. Glad to be doing them instead of power cleans
Presses were not a walk in the park either!
