I don't think clean & thruster should be allowed, that's silly. A clean and jerk is a clean and jerk. Why get so strict on the pullups only to let anything go on the C&J?

Walk .15 - have not been putting this in my post but do this before my mile run which
are on the treadmill at .5 incline

1 mile run - 7:19

Complete as many rounds in 20 minutes as you can of:
15 Push-ups
12 Ring dips:sub assisted dips
115 pound Push-press, 9 reps

4 rounds + 9 push ups
Kicked my shoulders butt - a lot like J.T. wod

That's a good 1-mile treadmill run time. Isn't that close to a PR?

Also it is a reminder to me that next week I need to get my 1-mile timed run in - once every 2 weeks whether I need it or not. Very efficient way to do cardio next to the 500m CII rower test.

Pullup max: 17 PR

4 rounds
400 meter run: .5 incline @ 8.5 - 9.0 - 9.5 - 10.0
about 1 min walk @ 3.5

Time 12:24

That's still slower than Minime's 400/50 squats time! Ouch!

Dead Hang pullup max: 11
