Short warmup

Murph - Lite
For time:
1 mile Run: 8:38
50 Pull-ups
100 Push-ups
150 Squats
1 mile Run: 10:29

Time: 37:12
5-10-15 for 10 rds on exercises.
Second mile sucked as usual.
I do have a game plan to improve it next time - will see.

1/4 mile walk cool down.

nice work on murph lite JDR! I hear you on that second mile, it sucks cos you feel like throwing up the whole time! (or at least, I do!)

I like that homemade WOD. I'm guessing the 135 lb. hang cleans for 10 reps was the toughest part of it.

AMRAP in 20 min. of:
10 reps Dumbbell Swings: 35 - 40 - 45 - 50 - 55 - 60 - 65 - 70 - 75x5
10 reps Knees to Elbows
10 reps Pushups from the knees

8 rounds + five swings at 75
Did pushups from knees to keep it moving and cut out rest time.

Sumo deadlift high-pull, 80 pounds: 15 reps
26" box step-ups: 15 reps each leg-alternating
Push-press, 80 pounds: 15 reps
Burpees: 15 reps

Time 26:37

1/2 mile @ 6.2

.2 mile walk @ 3.5

Was very stiff from yesterday, feel better now.
