Clean and jerk wu

With a continuously running clock do one 135 pound Clean and Jerk the first minute, two 135 pound Clean and Jerks the second minute, three 135 pound Clean and Jerks the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

7 rounds

Then
4 rounds of:
400 meter run; 7.0 - 7.5 - 7.7 - 8.0
5 reps; hang power clean and press - 110 lbs.

nice work JDR! I like the look of the 5rd for time workout, dl, clean, squat jerk. I think I did that before actually, it sounds familiar.

nice work JDR - yuck, that one looks gross. That's over 100 burpees, that is sick.

I have to ask though - did you jump one foot in the air?!

Mm, no one foot jump. Just my standard full pushup with a hop(I still can't call it a jump!).
