95 pound Thruster, 5 reps
95 pound Hang Powercleans, 7 reps
95 pound Sumo Deadlift High-pull, 10 reps

7 rounds + 5 thrusters + 7 HPC + 3 SDHP
20 min even.................that sucked!
Thruster depth was very good today.

very good performance on that one JDR - nobody at my gym managed to break 7rounds, even the guys. Good work!

215 felt good but just got under it
225 never cleared my belly button........very heavy, but I think a little mental also.
For some reason all black font didn't look right last night.
