Morning 4 mile trail ride with the dog

Biked to the gym at 1pm

Mile run - 7:56
Walk .15
Mile run - 8:05

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.
Use as many sets each minute as needed.

9 min + 5

Lower stomach area is feeling good but still a little cautious on back extension so
I cut down the reps on them for michael this time around.

There were a lot of singles after the first two rounds.
Rds went 5/5, 3/2/2/2/1, 1/2/2/2/2/1, all singles.

Usually use 135 so still happy with the effort.

18" box step-ups: 15 reps each leg-alternating
