Then walked a mile for cool down.
First mile was to fast (8:04), need to learn to pace. Would like to run all 3 miles in 8:30 pace.

Karate workout, then over to the school to do todays wod.

With a continuously running clock do one pull-up the first minute, two pull-ups the second minute, three pull-ups the third minute... continuing as long as you are able.

10 rds + 7 pullups = 62 total pullups: 2 better than last time
Up 26 from the first time I did.

Unbroken until rd.8, should have broke the sets up better after that, will adjust next time.
Goal will be 12 rds!
wow great job, 8 rounds unbroken is fantastic. nice work. i took a look at 'candy' and 'maggie' this mornin'. yowza! i think i may try 'candy' tomorrow..we shall see though, looks brutal!

Biked to gym
CFWU x 2 -dips

"Elizabeth"
21-15-9 reps of:
Power Clean 135 pounds : 11/10 - 10/5 - 9
Ring dips: sub reg. dips x 3 – 63/45/27 : 7x9 - 5x3/3x10 - 3

----Cleans -Dips
Rd1 -2:46 --10:45
Rd2 -3:28 -- 9:32
Rd3 -1:29 -- 4:58

Total time: 33:00
As you can see the Dips killed the time. On the plus side this is the first time to do all the dips as required.(1 ring dip = 3 reg. dips)

Send a message via Yahoo to .V.
Check the playground at the local park. They usually have rings you can use - just have to time it for when they aren't covered with kids.

Bike to gym
CFWU x 2 - Have added pushups from now on, also OHS are with 40 pounds and down to 17" bench.

Clean and Jerk 1-1-1-1-1-1-1 reps

95x2/115/135/155/175/195pr/205fail
205pr for clean

Cleans are still Power/squat, still not that low.
Jerk movement needs lot of work. Last time I did cleans
for weight, 175 was my best.

Karate workout after.

Biked to gym

CFWU x 2 -pullups

Three rounds for time of:
Run 400 meters: 9.5 / 9.5 / 9.5-8.0
65 pound Thruster, 30 reps: 15/15 x 2 - 10/10/10
30 Pull-ups: 5/5/5/3X5 - 5/4/3X7 - 3X10

Time: 30:57

Happy with the effort. Decide I was going to do the runs fast (9.5 pr for a wod). All thrusters were to a 18" bench, very happy with that. Pullups took up half (15:00 on the nose) the time. I think that was the trade off for the runs and thrusters. The bike ride home was not pleasant, legs were shot.
