How much did you weigh back when you were here and had your pic as an avatar? Because you looked close to shredded then...

haha I gotcha, I weighed 240 at that point, but my waist was about 36", so Basically I have a lot of muscle to gain, and some inches to lose, but i'm on my way, and i'm feeling motivated.

Summary:
Very quick workout today, I havent done direct shoulder work in quite a while, I really dont think I did much even before for that matter. I felt ok in their today but I'm hungover and wasnt too motivated for shoulders, I'll get a leg workout in tomorrow.

I hopped on the scale again this morning, and to my suprise I'm down to 256.5 lbs, I'm suprised that I was down from yesterday, I just figure I'm pumping out a good amount of my water weight, but either way I feel much leaner than 2 weeks ago. I drank last night and I'm probably pretty dehydrated, I'm sure that has something to do with it.

My roommates girlfriend actually commented that I looked thinner in my face and waist, not sure my roommate appreciated it but I certainly did haha.
