Well this being my first day its amazing, i've lost 35 lbs of pure body fat and things are going great....haha we'll wait and see, it looks promising to me. You'll notice its hard to get the cals up while sticking to the foods listed, this is a way of keep the cals under maintenence without feeling hungry. I cup of broccoli, can of tuna and an apple makes me feel full, so I think this will be good, I'm of for back and biceps, i'm pumped!

Absolutely great workout today, pump was amazing felt real strong, I'm loving deadlifts definitely want to go for a new personal record everytime I have a back and bi day. My back is absolutely shot right now, feels awesome. Managed to get 5 meals today, diet was pretty solid, I'm looking forward to see what happens for me down the road.

jgriffith -- Do you know how much calories you are eating on No, Low and High days?
Some suggestion if I may on your Low carb day, you probably want to add some complex carbohydrates such as brown rice, sweet potatoes or oatmeal on the post- workout meal. Also you might want to limit the fruit down to one a day especially on your Low carb day.

Nice workout man!!! I am personally feeling great despite being on a low carb day.
Laura: The twin peak program recomends a piece of fruit as part of the carbohydrate intake for each of the 3 carb meals.

My understanding of the Twin Peak Carb cycle is that you consume 3 out of the 6 meals (2 if you consume 5) with complex carbs. It appears that 4 out of 5 of jGriff's meals has carbs.

True laura, but I didnt see where it said fruit had to be paired with the 3 carb meals, I might have missed that. The reason I couldnt have anything like that today was because I only had time to come home and grab some broccoli, fiber one and tuna real quick and head back to work, I'll definitely be varying this more as I go.
Thanks Dark, for me this would actually be a high carb day compared to what I'm used to. I dont know what I'll do on the high carb day, haha. I feel bloated as hell right now even though I've only gone up 3 pounds from this morning which is pretty normal for me, oh well, tommorow is no carb, should be fine for me.

TP would probably know this best as it's his diet. From my best guess, I would assume this diet is a calorie deficit (500+ or more). Assuming that your maintenace is 3600 (240-lbs x 15) a day. Your High Carb day is the highest of the 7, follow by Low and then No. It will definitely be a trial and error and a lot of tweaking.

Thanks Laura, ya it will take some tweaking. Its hard with the foods available to get the cals up there as you have to eat A LOT of it for it to add up. I'll do a couple cycles and see how they pan out and then tweak it from there.
Weighed in at 239.6 this morning, felt much leaner today than last night, I dont know what my body does while I'm sleeping but I always manage to go down about 3 pounds and feel leaner in the morning, SLEEP is GOOD. Today is my day off and I need it, back is pretty sore, but I'm lovin it.

Also wanted to add that I started taking San V12 on Tuesday, its basically a different creatine that has some kind of arganine blend to give you an added pump. The creatine is in a different form without the watermolecule so you wont retain water. So far I can REALLY feel it, my arms and chest seem much harder, and while working out they pretty much blow up, feels great. Not sure if anyone is interested but I got a good deal at www.bulknutrition.com they're having some kind of sale there on it.

Sounds good kung.
No Carb Day
Meal 1:
4 eggs
4 egg whites
Meal 2:
Can of Tuna
Broccoli
Meal 3:
6 oz chicken (white, boneless/skinless)
1 cup, lettuce
Meal 4:
Can of Tuna
Meal 5:
13 oz Chicken (white, w/ bone, skinless)
1 cup, lettuce
Meal 6:
8 egg whites
Daily Totals:
1680/253/17/60
Holy crap, cals are extremely low today. Thats no good. I need to be supplementing w/ protein shakes on no carb days because its just so hard to get the cals up without getting the fat up, I'll just have to double the tuna or chicken a couple of times or something.
