Overall very good sets here, had some real nice drives, 7 iron was very crisp with good spin, looking to increase my volume and frequency here shortly.

Sitting:

Catholic school position: (back straight in chair)

2 X 30 minutes

eh, wasnt sold on my form here today, but i'm new to it so it'll improve.

Class tough guy position: (slouched, lounge angle)

4 X 45 minutes

Real tough sets here, form was perfect, really managed to get some good rest.

Eating

Standard hand to mouth activity, followed by chewing and swallowing.

6 X 1,192! PR!

WOW, GREAT SETS! Absolutely amazing form, I'll definitely be doing this again tommorow!!!!!

Overall great rest day, really stayed focused and intense. I'm really looking forward to another one in a few days. Very impressed with myself, I guess the ol saying is right, practice DOES make perfect.
OK, I'M absolutely laughing my a** off right now... good workout Griff, but you didn't list any distances with your driving range workout??? to bad you don't live in Tx cause we could hit that driving range workout together to spot each other .... great entry man I needed a good laugh today!!!!

Griff your an ass clown LOL.

Um, It would be cool if I could actually deadlift over 400 for one. I may be able to i dont know...I could try it but it would mess up my routine and I really dont want to hurt myself ya know?

I remember tryin to get 315 when I could do only 245 for 6 and my GOd it was heavy. I could only get it off the floor and my back half way up but couldnt lock out. Now im doing 325 for 6. What a long way ive come. My ultimate goal is600, but man, its a LOT of weight dude. I dont think people really realize how much even 315 is until they try to stand up with it ya know? I know i didnt...

ever have a deadlift party? we use to do this on fridays in high school PL. we would move all the benches, incline and everything and all deadlift. i have done this on my own and would do like 8-10 sets. OMG it felt so good the next day. everything from hams-traps were on fire. even my rear delts were hurting pretty bad.

Diet Totals:

1915/129/282/47

cals/protein/carbs/fat

HORRIBLE diet today, food was clean, but too much carbs for a low carb day by a little bit, WAAAAAAAAAY to few grams of protein and the cals were also low. Work was hectic all day today, I really didnt have any time at all, literally. Oh well, tommorow is a no carb day, which is easy to deal with.

Usually plan in the morning, which isnt always the best idea, the problem last week was actually being able to eat it, I didnt have time to put down what I made. Just real hectic at work.
