Hey John, journal is looking good. Keep it up---on a few exercises were really close in strength. Our bench seems to be pretty close. Creatine is good stuff, be sure to take it with high-carb simple sugars. BTW, loading in my opinion is just a waste of time.

Dont worry about one bad bench session man, happens to me all the time. I will tear up my rotator cuffs a little more in my back workout and then my chest workout suffers some, no big deal. Happens to all of us from time to time. Just make up for it up on your next chest workout.
