my time was 18'22" very taxing on the lower back

weighted walk: 150# 200 feet (100 down hill/100 up hill)

3 rounds of:
~100# tire over head press x 3 reps

not too bad for a bum knee .

tomorrow i see a doctor about it. i hope it's not to bad.

Great job and congrats on that clean & jerk PR.

Also, from your previous day's log, is that a typo or did you really snatch 150x53? As good as you are, I think it is a typo.
