Wow, 200x5 for the C&J is great. Are those power cleans or squat cleans?

And out of curiousity, what is the difference is the weight you can handle when doing jerks versus push presses?

hey pierini,

those are power cleans mostly w/ alittle squat in them andoub an inch or so.

for me there are no weight difference between the push presses and jerk press. it the same weight.

this weekend i went to the lake and all that i could think about is working out. i think i have a problem. ha ha ha anyways i did the following to night:

front squat/calf raise /shrug combo:

weight walk: 260 x 400' a new pr for 400'

200ish new rock x failed at 25' (broke my scale weighting it)

i'll be doing more rock carry workouts.

the 180 and 190 were w/my barbell. due to not having my end pipes in yet.

yesterday was an event workout .
log press only max at 200 but cleaned 210 and 225.
stones did better at getting 240 and 275. the height of the platform is an issue. 48" is higher than you realize.
farmer's walk 500 only 25'
yoke 450 at 50'
all in all some events were better than last but others are dropping.

at contest:
log clean/press no reps bombed it.
500# deadlift 2 reps
500# farmer's walk about 100'
yoke 500# x 50'
5 flips with tire and sled drag 200# x9'
stones lifted the 240, 275 and 290 new pr on everything. place 7th out of 9 and wighted in at 196#.

40# db swings at 25 reps per arm
weighted walk: 195# at 450'

this week i'm starting my phase 2 out of 3. there are 3 phases and for the past 3 months i have been on phase 1. i obtained the workout from milo mag. and so far i've enjoyed doing it. so w/out further do last night:
