hey pierini,

my cleans are straight cleans. no squats involved. i do however, dip down about an 1 inch or so for the jerk.

farmer's walk- 500# - 100 feet in 32 sec.
tire flip 715# for 60 sec i got 6 flips
sevend press 50# in 75 sec i got 10 press

210# stone carry for laps around front yard. i made 2 laps + 100 extra feet.

this sucked because i wanted to go 5 rounds not 3. crap day for squats!!

Great workouts as usual.

The November 13th WOD looks really interesting and tough. I bet you had a sore booty the next day from those walking lunges.

And great PR with that 225 C&J. (oops just read clean & press which is even more impressive).

thanks pierini. i look at the c&j and clean/press as the same lift. i know there is a difference but let's face it. no matter how the bar gets over head it's still a lot of weight.
