thanks pierini- the amazing thing is my weight is 195. it's amazing how the body can take alot abuse and pressure and bounce back. amazing.

well i started my program back up again at my workplace. as a teacher with morals i have gotten sick and tired of seeing what's happening to our youth and society as a whole. two words fit our society- lazy and fat. instead of complaining about it i did something about it. at school i started a fitness program aftter school for the yourth and adults. it's kind of like fitness tutoring. so far i have gotten a pretty good response. our workouts are mostly coming from crossfit and gymjones.
