for time: 100 squats- time was 3'09"

slosh pipe- i love it. hader than crap at times but worth the work. i train walks - overhead or carry. i have also done over head pressess and oh squats. that's all i have with it so far. you can do just about anything that comes to mind. be creative and open to anything.

truck pull (ford ranger) up hill for 100': time was 34.2 seconds
deadlift 475# 5 reps
atlas stones: went to 220# to 280#. missed the 310 becasue i couldn't get a grip on it. but i will next time.
500# chain drag uphill for 100': got at least 30'.

Congrats on another successful strongman contest. 4th out of 7 sounds good to me. For me, I'd be glad with 7th out of 7.

How are those overhead squats feeling on your shoulders?

my time was 9' 28"
