for time: 100 squats- time was 3'09"
slosh pipe- i love it. hader than crap at times but worth the work. i train walks - overhead or carry. i have also done over head pressess and oh squats. that's all i have with it so far. you can do just about anything that comes to mind. be creative and open to anything.

Congrats on another successful strongman contest. 4th out of 7 sounds good to me. For me, I'd be glad with 7th out of 7.
How are those overhead squats feeling on your shoulders?
