5 pull ups
10 push ups
15 squats

in 20 mins i finished 17 rounds

i completed 3 rounds of 60, 65 and 70 lbs of: 15 cleans,20 squat pulls, 15 over head presses, 20 squat pulls. i tried for 5 rounds but my mental toughness was not there.

22 push ups
2x106' tree trunk drag.

Nice Work on Cindy! She was my first CF WOD.

I have no idea how you did more after Cindy! P.S. what is a squat pull? I am not familiar...

thanks gym girl and jdr3 but i wanted 20 rounds that would be 1 rounds per minute and later i want 22 and so on.

gymgirl a squat pull is a sumo deadlift high pull. i just call it squat/pull becasue i first heard about from max kettlebells.

i'm in the process of changing my routine around due to lack of motivation. i'm hoping that might help besides i need that variety to train more for strongman.

no the tree trunk is 5' long. i drag it 106'. i usally do it 5 times but here lately i've been in a funk and can only muster up 2 rounds instead of 5. i need more motivation to get my ass in gear!!

Row 1000 meters (sub'd 100 body rows)
Body weight Bench press, 30 reps (sub'd 30 push ups)
Row 1000 meters (sub'd 100 body rows)
Body weight Bench press, 20 reps (sub'd 20 push ups)
Row 1000 meters (sub'd 100 body rows)
Body weight Bench press, 10 reps (sub'd 10 push ups)

due to lack of equipment at work i had to go w/bodyweight subitutes.
my time was 19'10"

at home:
for time- 5 rounds of:
400 meter run
8x 135 # front squats

my time was 25'49"

snatches:
120x5
130x5
135x5
145x5
150x5- new pr and was hard.

175 chair dips

i feel good though.

my time was 13 mins. i wanted to get down below 10 mins but unsucessful.

dead lift (using 2" thick bar)

295x5

weighted pull ups:
1 rep each weight
25, 30, 35, 40, 45, 50, 55, 70

truck push 106' feet on an slight incline (truck was a dodge dakota quad cab)

took yesterday off.

today just did my squats and made a new pr of 220 lbs.

monday i start my new workout program the 3x3 according to mike mahler and start back up w/some kettlebell training also.
