5-6-09: played cards with a group of kids- black are squats, red are push ups, face cards are worth 10 reps and jokers are 50 jumping jacks. got through the entire deck.
at home: log presses: 150x5; 160x5; 170x5; 180x5 and 190x5
pull ups: bw at 197- 8,6,5,5,4 reps

did sprints various lengths for about 15 mins and then 40 sit ups and 10 bw leg curls. those hurt.

frame deadlifts is like using a trap bar for deadlifts. it's where you deadlift with your arms at your side instead of in front of you like a normal deadlift.
