50 Kettlebell swings, 1.5 pood (55 lbs)
Walking Lunge, 50 steps
50 reverse crunches
50 Push press, 45 pounds
50 Back extensions
50 45# thrusters
50 Burpees
50 tuck jumps
my time was 33'02" i beat my old time well over a 1 min.

this was a good one.

clean/press:

squat/pulls:
165- 3x3
wrap up:
2x5 kettlebell windmill (using 55 lbs or 1.5 pood)

i'm really enjoying this 3x3 program. i get done quickier so i have more time with the strongman events.
