romanian dead lift:

my time was 16'55"

clean/press:

squat/pulls:

bench:

195x3

took the weekend off slightly. i did mostly kb snatches off and on throughout the whole weekend.

thanks jdr3. i will consider that a compliment.

tonight was weird. i felt dizzy after this one so i stopped due not wanting to die.

for time:
30 manmakers (from gym jones site) using 30# per hand
my time was 8'16"

3x3 kb snatches (using 55#)

100 squat/pulls (using 30# per hand) for time

my time was 6'15"

tomorrow i will due squats, deadlifts, and upper body too. next week will be my last week with the 3x3 and i also have my strongman contest too in S.C.

ummm, no wonder you felt dizzy...30 manmakers in 8:16 is insane! then you did 100 SDHP's/squat pulls too?! great job today and yesterday on those burpee pull-ups too! :

100 pullup burpees? oh you are 'hardcore' andy! lol.

I don't know what a man maker is.. i will go google it now. I have a feeling its not going to be pretty...

the manmakers aren't that bad. eventhough i about died after 30 of them. i actually enjoyed them.

tonight:
for 10 mins. do as many snatches as possible with the left and right arm. it's the "seceret service snatch test (SSST)" got it from gym jones.
i completed 60 reps per arm.

squats:
155x3
165x3
185x3

Deadlift with 2"thick bar:
325x9

side bent press:
45x3
50x3
55x3

ring dips:
10reps x 3

lunges:
104 reps in 5'

waiter's walk about 100 meters or so with left/right arm.

today i worked on squats. got to do it at some point.

goblet squats:
30#x6
40x5
55x6

kb swings:
75#x9 per arm

a very easy workout. next week i change things up a bit.
