That's a great workout, I'm impressed by the manmakers.

Did you get another kettlestack then?

Do you have a link for the Viking press? I envision power cleaning a Viking, and push pressing him while he tries to chop off your head with a battleaxe.

a viking press is a strongman lift. it is basically an overhead lift with the hands (palm) facing towards each other. it is harder than you think. alot different than using a normal barbell. when the palms are facing you.

i have 2 kettlestacks. i debating to buy a third so i can have a heavier one too. (75-88lbs.) i can snatch the 88lb-er. i really want a cast iron kettlebell.too. that one might have to be 88 lbs.

Hi Andy,

I participated in a couple of all-comers track meets this past summer, entering the 100 meter and 200 meter sprints and finished a very convincing dead last in both of those events. I had a great time and finishing last was, believe it or not, kind of cool.

In the 200 meters, my time was far better than I thought I could do and I suspect being in the company of younger, better and faster competitors had a lot to do with it.

You still get credit for showing up and giving it your best shot so you did good. What's on your agenda next?

I look at it this way Andy, there is a lot of guys sitting out there saying they can do better than that. The difference is you stepped up to the plate and gave it your best. You learned and I'm sure you had fun and next time you'll improve more.
Great job on competing!
