what's next. train and compete again in the next couple of months. i don't have anything lined up as of now because of the location but i plan to compete.

hey andy, dont worry about coming last : at least you were strong enough to go to the competition in the first place! not many people can claim that.

thanks everybody for the kind words. i paid my fee, competed, received the most expensive t-shirt known and i wear it proudly.

today- for time hte "Burgener (sp?) 100" w/55lbs kettlebell-
20x 2 handed squat/pulls
10 left/10 right x squat/puuls
20x 2 handed swings
10/10x 1 handed swings
10/10 x 1 handed snatches

my time was 4'45"

lifts:
using oxygen tanks 133 lbs/hand- farmer's walk 50 meters
using 95 lbs thick bar- 25 x cleans; 25 x clean/press
rock carry (147ish) for 50 meters
95lbs thick bar - 50 squat/pulls

and i'm done.

my new workout will be 5x5 using rest pause some rounds and explosive other rounds.

thanks for the compliment. last night i did:

deadlift max: 315. i have gone up 5 lbs in the last 19 weeks.

bent over rows:
65x5
70x5
75x5
80x5
85x5

dymanic shrugs:
115x10
125x10
130x10
140x10
150x10

for time using a 30 lbs dumbell for about 90 feet:
bear crawl
gator push ups
crab walk backwards
bunny hop
kangaroo hop for distance
monkey walk (bear crawl sideways for speed)
waiter walk (holding both dumbells over head. one in each hand.)

my time was 16'12"

those animal crawls w/weight were hard but i finished them.

yesterday:
SSST 10 min as many kb snatches as possible (used 55#)

total was 60 1/2 snatches per arm. 120 1/2 total for both arms.

tonight tree trunk drag for 200+'. no time kept.

well i'm off for the arnold's. i'll be back monday evening. talk to you guys later.

well the arnold's was awesome. over whelming but learned alot.

today:
for time:
30 burpee shots (using a 20 # ball)

6'45"

notes: take the 20# ball and do a burpee and then toss it over a set of monkey bars. where ever the ball lands on the other side do a burpee and throw it from there. if the ball lands 10 feet away then throw it from there. do 30 total.

side to side lunges w/20# ball. did 24/leg in 1'20"

close grip bench:
120x5
130x5
135x5
145x5
155x10

weighted dips:
20x10
20x10
20x10
25x5
25x5

svend press - (exercise month):
20x5
25x5
30x5

tire flip:
715x8
480x10

roman sit-ups:
60

Glad to here you had a good trip.

Burps look very tough, along with the tire flips!
