That sounds fun! Were you holding the ball throughout the burpee, or did you leave it on the ground and do the burpee next to it?

andy, your workouts are looking fantastic! great job on everything! how much rest do you take between each rep of the pull-up ladder? 1 min per number of reps? pull-up ladders suck!lol

i usually take that many seconds. 1 pullup 2 sec rest, 2 pull up 3 sec rest and so on.
