notes: take the 20# ball and do a burpee and then toss it over a set of monkey bars. where ever the ball lands on the other side do a burpee and throw it from there. if the ball lands 10 feet away then throw it from there. do 30 total.
That sounds fun! Were you holding the ball throughout the burpee, or did you leave it on the ground and do the burpee next to it?

andy, your workouts are looking fantastic! great job on everything! how much rest do you take between each rep of the pull-up ladder? 1 min per number of reps? pull-up ladders suck!lol

i usually take that many seconds. 1 pullup 2 sec rest, 2 pull up 3 sec rest and so on.
