Hey Judo, welcome to DF and it's good to see you will be keeping a training log. The more the better. I personally try to read as many of them as I can, but don't comment very often.

1-9-07


for time:
3 rounds of:
400 meter run
12- 65# snatches
21 pull ups
m time was 18' 05"
2 1/2 rounds of complexes:
15 cleans, 10 squat/pulls, 15 push presses, 10 squat/pulls with
75, 80, 85.
i'm so tired. no engery what so ever. i'm going to try the same complexes later this week my goal was 5 rounds. by the way i was using a 2" thick bar for the complexes too.

thanks minime. i am another crossfitter. i enjoy the challenge that they post. i have also used crossfit for my conditioning for the strongman contests too. i think it has helped out a lot. how has your experince been?

Andy : i love the crossfit workouts. I am so happy that I found this site and was introduced to this area of fitness, I never realised cardio exercise could be so interesting and fulfilling!

Someday I hope to switch right over to crossfit for a while, instead of just doing the occassional one for cardio which is what I do now.

That is a very good time on Grace, well done!

yesterday:

on the 1st minute do 1 pull up, 2nd minute do 2, 3rd minute do 3 and so on. i got up to 8 totaling- 36 pull ups and i completed another round to 7- totaling 28.

in both rounds i completed 64 pull ups.

lifts:
dead lifts (using a 2" thick bar):
255x5
270x5
285x5
295x5
310x5

28 handstand push ups
19 push ups
