Leg Press: 2 x 9 x 330, 1 x 9 x 340.
Leg Curls: 3 x 10 x 80.

Wrist Curls (BB): 14 x 52, 12 x 52, 12 x 52 (SS)
Reverse Wrist Curls (DB): 3 x 8 x 20. (SS)

Chest & Triceps

Not even worth posting my numbers. Hard back to back drinking nights must have got to me. First working set on Flat Bench I only managed 4 reps. I tried to get myself amped for the second set and ended up getting 3 1/2 without a spotter, meaning I had to rest the bar on my chest until some guy came and helped me rack it. I felt like a complete idiot, not to mention worthless. I should be easily hitting six reps, not struggling to get 4. After that set I considered packing it up and heading home. Instead I stuck it out and tried to be as intense as possible, but the numbers just weren' there. I'm hoping that this workout will push me to eat better and work harder this week. I'm taking the day off tommorow and then going hard this tuesday.
