Chest today, got in the gym feeling good, to bad the weights didn't feel that way.

BB Bench:
Warmup: 135X10 185X10 225X6 250X2
Working sets:
300X4 (2nd rep nicked the rack and F'ed the setup)

Incline DB

Dips
BW+50 2X6

Workout was crap today, concentration was not there, strenght wasn't there
all in all just sucked

wow!! that back workout rocked! awesome weights! 6plates on t bar rows is insane!! and those pulldowns are crazy too! Keep it up!

how can you stand that elliptical? lol I always seem to talk off it. weird motion to me!

My back has alway been strong, easy for me to gain strenght there.

I used to run but my knee's can't take it, that is the next best thing IMO
