Ok got up this AM slept on my left shoulder wrong felt crappy, went to gym with low expectations.

Rot Cuff warm ups
Military Press

Working sets
240X4 (PB up 1 rep from last week)

Shrugs

Rev(aka Jaster) shrug

For feeling off today really go fired up when i hit the gym things went well

Thanks Jen, gotta keep up with you and Monstar.
Legs Today. Decided to drop extensions and curls left knee has been feeling funny for the last week.

Deadlifts
Warmups: 135X10 225X10 315X6 405X2
Working Sets
455X5 ( last rep took all I had)
440X5 only got 5 but the first set really took it out of me
Legs Press
31PX6
30PX6 good sets here
Hack Squats with bar. First time i have done these, hit muscles i didn't know I had in my legs

Glut Iso Machine

Was a good workout favored the left knee a bit but all in all good
