Karl's Journal


Well Monstar and Jen have inspired me to start keeping an online journal, will see how long i can keep it up

Workout: Delts and Traps

Started out with some rotator cuff warm-up exercises
2X10 15lbs
Military Press:
warm up 135X10 185X6 220X1
working sets
240X3 + 1
225 X 6
Lateral Raises:
45X6 45X6
Rear Lat Raises:
45X6 45X6
Shrugs:
505X6 505X6
Rev(aka Jaster) Shrugs:
340X6 340X6

Height 6'1"
Weight 235lbs

Definitely keep it up man, strength is looking solid. Nice work. Looks like you, myself, and Jen all hit shoulders today, lol. Strength is really good though man, are your military presses seated or standing?

My goals now are just to stay in shape, i just turned 35 so I need to hit the gym extra hard these days

Well Im 6'1"
Weight now is 235 lbs

Legs today, but i just didn't feel good, concentration sucked in the gym
Deadlifts:
warmups: 135X10 225X10 315X6 405X2
Working Sets:
455X4
440X6 Felt like a ton today but gutted them out
Leg Press:
31Plates X6
30Plates X6
Hack Squat - first time doing these
8PlatesX6
8PlatesX6
Leg Curls:
140X6
130X6
Abductor: 160X6

For feeling off i did pretty good today

How are you fitting so many plates on the leg press? Most i can fit on is 22, is the machine really big or something?

The one at the gym i go to can fit 15 on each side then i just put the other on top of the platform where you put your feet
