6-7 Started my work out tonight, did 5 sets of 5 reps bench using 35lbs weights on each side, did 4 sets of 15 reps of biceps. Also played basketball for 30 mins for some cardio.

Um at the moment I am focusing on my arms, chest, stomach, tonight I will be doing 1 hour of cardio on a treadmill and some sets of crunchies/situps to work my abs, after I get some fat loss, I will start on working my legs back etc. I guess what I am saying is I really dont know what to excersises to do to work my back legs etc. Any help would be great.
Today I did 5 sets of 10 reps on leg press, ran .5 miles, did 50 crunchies, 3 sets of 60 calfs raises, 3 sets of 10 on shoulder press.
diet went like this-
breakfast- mcdonalds eggs, 2 pancakes, biscuit with grap jelly. 2 cups of oj
snack- 2 nutri gran bars cup of oj
lunch- 2 ramen noodles can of mountain dew
dinner- cup of sunny d fruit punch, yoplait yogurt.
